Regular Entry will close on Thursday, December 31, 2009 at 20:00. Regular Entry Fee is $945 if paid by December 31.

Late Fee of $200.00 will be charged after December 31. Late fee of $400.00 will apply after January 7.

Entrants who withdraw their entry no later than January 7, 2010 at 20:00 will receive a refund of Entry Fee minus $100.00 administrative fee. NO REFUNDS after Thursday, January 7, 20:00.

Entry will close on Thursday, January 14, 2010 at 20:00.

This snow / gravel rally will be conducted in conformance to the FIA General Prescriptions available at www.fia.com, the Regulations of the United States Rally Championship available at www.usrallychampionship.com, the Regulations of the New York Rally Championship available at www.RallyNewYork.com and the event Supplementary Regulations available at www.RallyNewYork.com. All these documents are also available from the Secretary of the Rally.

  2. Once you have hit the "Enter the Rally" button at the end you will receive an automated response confirming we have received your entry form.
  3. Make a payment via Paypal or send a check to the Registrar, above.
  4. Within 24 hours of us receiving the payment for your entry you should receive an e-mail confirming your entry from the Registrar. NOTE: WITHOUT PAYMENT YOUR ENTRY WILL NOT BE VALID.
  5. If you don't receive a response within 3 days of the expected payment date, or if you have any other questions, please e-mail Eurorally@aol.com
